The Giant ice spider teleport can be found in the quest journals under boss teleports.
This boss drops the Ice partyhat with a drop rate of 5%, The Frostmourne sword with a drop rate of 1% And 20-30 PVM points with a drop rate of 100%
The boss has 20000 hitpoints and is easiet to defeat by using either ranged or magic, since there is a safespot in the arena.
The prayer you are going to use is Magic, or if you are safespotting it use soulsplit.
